Our range of Mechanical Loading Skids are every bit as safe and reliable as their electronic counterparts, but with less complexity at a lower cost.

Alpeco’s Mechanical Bottom Loading Skids are fitted with Liquid Controls Flow Meters and Veeder-Root Mechanical Registers to provide a robust and highly accurate option for metering applications for depots, where:

• basic stand-alone metering is required;
• the site or environment doesn’t readily support the installation of more complex electronic registers and control systems;
• automation, data management and security are not a crucial requirement;
• the budget is limited, Mechanical Bottom Loading Skids provide an extremely viable solution.

Built to the same exacting standard as our electronic models,  mechanical skids incorporate the same centrifugal pumps, loading arms, overfill systems and vapour recovery equipment.

All models share a similar design steel frame which is galvanised to give lifelong protection against the elements.

• Universal galvanised frame gives long life without the need for regular painting.
• Frames can be constructed for 1 to 4 loading points or supplied with provision to install additional loading arm and meter in the future.
• Single arm skid extensions can be added to existing skids should additional products be required in the future.
• Quick release, dry break Bottom Load couplers.
