Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC’s) are an extremely versatile and convenient means of storing and transporting small batch quantities of fuels, lubricants, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and liquid food ingredients. Alpeco’s transportable dispensing skids provide an excellent means of filling and emptying IBC’s both on and off the delivery vehicle.
Bespoke design
Alpeco dispensing skids can be engineered to suit your specific requirements in terms of pumps, flow meters, hose reels and drive options providing a very flexible dispensing system for delivery of virtually all types of liquid fuels, oils, and chemicals from IBC’s, barrels, and other containers.
Highly accurate measurement
TEX offers the ultimate in electronic metering and gives significant operational and administrative benefits to the user. Multi functional software allows variable set up and control of the delivery system whilst providing comprehensive management information such as end of shift reports showing number of deliveries, grades and volumes delivered.
Remote control
- Safety and controllability are enhanced when is equipped with remote control. Operators can start and stop the system as well as activating the ‘blowdown’ from the end of the delivery hose.
- Delivery flow rates can be regulated to suit the delivery conditions and the product being dispensed.
Hose purge
To reduce the risk of product contamination the contents of the delivery hoses and pipe work are purged clear at the end of a delivery by compressed air.
